That '70s Show is a successful sitcom not because of the novelty of being set in the 1970s (which is not really emphasized), but rather because of its appealing cast of characters. Set in the fictional town of Point Place, Wisconsin, the series revolves around teenager Eric Forman and his family and friends.

Her dismay spirals into a dream sequence, in which she is Dorothy and her friends are in the other key roles (and none too pleased with them) as she takes her problem to the Wizard (Pamela Sue Martin). Meanwhile, Bob and his girlfriend (Mo Gaffney) seek sanctuary in the Forman basement; and Fez's date decides that Fez won't die a virgin if the tornado strikes.

While Fez imagines he and his friends are all "Happy Together," his friends picture him more like "The Joker" as they debate whether or not to attend. But, ultimately, they decide to go and encourage Fez to "Shake Your Groove Thing." Daltrey plays Fez's music teacher, Mr. Wilkinson.

Unable to handle his rebellious daughter, Bob asks Red for moral support before finally declaring Donna and Casey kaput. But Donna is stunned when Casey doesn't argue, saying that their relationship is "a hassle." Meanwhile, Jackie proposes a way to cement her reconciliation with Kelso.

Kelso, however, has decided he has found the woman of his dreams in Annette (Simpson), who's "beautiful and believes in me."
