That '70s Show is a successful sitcom not because of the novelty of being set in the 1970s (which is not really emphasized), but rather because of its appealing cast of characters. Set in the fictional town of Point Place, Wisconsin, the series revolves around teenager Eric Forman and his family and friends.

But, ultimately, they decide to go and encourage Fez to "Shake Your Groove Thing." Daltrey plays Fez's music teacher, Mr. Wilkinson.
